A single Altaria, likely drawn in by the scuffle, hangs in the sky. The Pokemon is arranged upside-down, with their cloud-like wings pulled in towards their body. Their long neck hangs down from there, and their head sits motionless at the end, eyes fixed on your group. It floats through the sky above almost completely without motion, and in the worst possible way, the pose reminds you of a fishhook. You've never seen this Altaria before, and you know that because the numerous scars marring the Altaria's beak are impossible to miss. Besides that, the Altaria is no larger than the one you saw before now.
A cold shudder runs down your spine as you meet the Pokemon's gaze. It's a one-sided thing, as the Pokemon is not looking at you, but through you. It's a predator's gaze, calculating whether or not your group is a risk worth taking for a meal.
There's only silence as the Altaria passes overhead. You're not sure you could bring yourself to make a noise if you tried.
It hangs there as it passes, staring, inspecting, looking for weaknesses. It rides the currents of the air with the same complete stillness of a predator before they lunge. You feel your own body tensing up in preparation, expecting the worst—
Only for the Altaria to pass by the edge of the broken canopy, and then further beyond that. The rain returns a moment later, your ears popping for a second time as pressure normalizes itself, and you let out a gasp of a breath, every hair on your body standing on end.

An Altaria descends from the sky above, slowly rotating out from an upside-down pose you saw the one in the forest use. Your body locks up for a fraction of a second, and your mind thrums with a single, all-consuming thought: that the Altaria moves like a deep-sea predator, swimming in perfect silence through a void. The Altaria does not flap their wings, they remain firmly curled in around the Pokemon's body, leaving them to drop down with unnatural grace, twisting around until they come to a stop some several meters away, floating a few feet above the ground.
I absolutely love the image and the terror that this form of flying the Altaria are using invokes. And I can imagine how even more effective this form of movement would be in Altaria without Cloud Nine, so other clouds can exist in their vicinity. It offers a level of stealth and camouflage that almost no other Pokemon with flight can match. Absolutely am picturing a standard mountain range, with clouds interwoven throughout the peaks, and anything that enters the cloud bank never emerges, torn apart by what appears to be a ravenous and mobile pack of clouds.

Every last crack in the stone does ultimately lead towards the epicentre of the peak, where part of the stone surface has collapsed down, forming a series of terraces that ends, finally, in a gaping rift. The rift is sinkhole-like in appearance, a straight drop down that terminates in a pile of rubble at the very bottom—a pile, you notice, that is not made of the same red-grey stone of the peak, but rather a paler, pure grey.
It's concrete, you realize. It's hard to tell from a distance, but you know that colour and you know how concrete breaks.
Okay, so there yet another piece of fairly decisive evidence that there are human-made structures within the Sky Perch Cliffs. Something I'm wondering is whether this structure at the peak is possibly connected from within the mountain to the ones we found much further down. Because while something like this, creating facility of tunnels and bunkers within a mountain, would be an arduous, expensive, and take an extreme amount of time in our world, in the Pokemon world this would concievably take a fraction of all of these factors with well trained Ground/Rock Pokemon(s) to dig and reinforce the tunnels, especially if you have something large like Onix.
@OxfordOctopus, found some spelling errors.

Think this should say "any and all fog from existence,"

Unless this is a pretty unique Electivire variant, fairly certain this should be "legs"

B.B. has always been large, and you suspected he would grow larger as a Loudred, but this is even beyond those expectations. His evolution has taken his naturally large size and redoubled on it, pushing him up to the boundaries of how large Loudred can get, and has further reinforced his body with aura.B.B. is significantly larger than other members of his species, and has the physical robustness to match. In combination with the natural benefits of being larger and stronger, B.B. also gains added potency when he uses moves that enhance him, such as Defence Curl.
Very interesting. Building off of B.B. stated significant size is a very enticing draw, and adding on improvement of Boosting moves is also amazing. Making B.B. larger means he cannot be as easily shoved or lifted, but also makes him a large target and he'll take more damage if thrown or dropped.
Clarification, @OxfordOctopus, this increased potency only applies to moves where the primary effect is self-enhancement like Work Up, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, etc, and not moves where there is a secondary boosting effect, like Flame Charge or Charge Beam, correct?

B.B. revealed an unusually potent ability to use water-type attacks, indicating an affinity for the type that is not normal among his species.B.B. learns water-type moves significantly easier, requiring less training, and can use them with a level of potency that is, while not on par with true water-type Pokemon, most certainly above the normal power level for a normal-type Pokemon of equal strength.
Gives B.B. an increased advantage over Fire, Rock, and Ground types, and are moves that we can be fairly certain Urchin could shrug off if she is in the line of fire and/or potentially take advantage of for her own purposes. There is a wide range of Water moves that I could envision B.B. using, both in attacking and status, and by having Urchin to pick up other Water moves it reduces my choice paralysis.

B.B. revealed an incredible capacity for channelling fairy-type aura, showing he is more capable with the type than other normal-type Pokemon.B.B. learns fairy-type moves significantly easier, requiring less training, and can use them with a level of potency that is, while not on par with true fairy-type Pokemon, most certainly above the normal power level for normal-type Pokemon of equal strength.
While this would make B.B. way more effective against Dark, Dragon, and Fighting types, there aren't that many Fairy-type moves I'm all that interested in B.B. learning, so expanding his ability to learn Fairy moves doesn't appeal to me. The one I could see voting for if it came up would be Alluring Voice, which he should be able to learn as he is once we have some more higher-power Sound moves under his belt.
Alright made my choice based on what I'd want, but am not going to be put off if the current leader wins.
