Embracing diversity, celebrating culture! Here's a glimpse of how our Diversity Action Teams (DAT) at Texas Health are celebrating cultural diversities with fantastic events. At Texas Health Flower Mound, DAT hosted an incredible Indian Heritage Festival, creating a space where care team members could connect through multicultural awareness. The event was a colorful showcase of India's rich culture with henna artists, delicious Indian cuisine, and stunning saree displays. They also enjoyed Bollywood movies and learned fun facts about this beautiful country.At Texas Health Southlake, DAT hosted a lunch to highlight different regions of the Middle East where employees could try samples of authentic food/desserts, learn from educational materials, and pick bangle bracelets.We're so proud to work at Texas Health, where diversity isn't just noticed, it's celebrated! #Get2KnowTexasHealth

Did you know Texas Health offers a class called Readying Inspiring Individuals with Skills to promote Equity (RISE)? RISE is a program developed to support our diverse, inclusive workforce in learning leadership capabilities to support the communities we serve. We're proud of our almost 100 employees who graduated from this program since its inception in 2021.
