Log In
- Install the app.
- Search for your school system by allowing location services, using the search bar, or scrolling. Select your school system. (The app will remember your selection on future launches.)
- Enter your credentials on the login page and tap Sign In.
Make sure you're using the correct username and password provided by your school or district. Check for typos and ensure that caps lock is off. If you've forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
Why does it say access denied on ClassLink? ›
Access Denied error: If you get and "Access Denied" error it is likely related to a caching issue or stored passwords/cookies. Try a separate browser or incognito mode.
Why is my ClassLink account locked? ›
Your account will lock after too many unsuccessful login attempts in order to protect your information.
Why is my Launchpad not opening? ›

How to set up the Novation Launchpad

To log in using NASA Access Launchpad you will need to create a profile. Creating your profile will allow you to set a password and security answers which will be used should you ever forget your password. Once it is completed your account will be enabled for log in.
