Job DescriptionAbout the role The purpose of this role is to support the sell through of our VMS portfolio of brands - Bioglan, & Medlab, by ensuring that all internal and pharmacy staff are trained and motivated and are confident in selling the product. The territory you cover includes Brisbane, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast.
Conduct in-store training for Vitamin Staff/ Retail Managers with a focus on New Products and Cycle hero products – 2-5 staff per training
Pharmacy calls as required as per call cycle
Conduct in-store demonstration events with consumers to link sell companion products
Conduct event training for key accounts and state based groups – in own state and sometimes in another state – 30 staff minimum per event
Help facilitate sell in of NPD – sometimes required interstate
Create consumer awareness and loyalty for the Bioglan and Medlab Brands by Managing the Loyalty Program
Assisting with updating the Q & A Resource via Phone & online
Attendance required to relevant conferences or sales meetings as required
Conduct Rep Training at Conferences and Cycle Meetings
Actively participate in regular management meetings as required.
Pro-actively recommend process and system innovation
Gain competitive understanding and recommend new initiatives as appropriate
Liaise with internal sales and provide ongoing feedback relating to all relevant customer information
Developing and maintaining rapport with all levels of pharmacy personnel
Contribute to the culture of customer service and organisational efficiency and effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and fairly at all times
Attend to customers and others with high quality service
Meet all agreed customer deadlines
All communication with customers is undertaken in a timely and professional manner
Works effectively with staff and colleagues
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Provide reporting on what is being done (products trained on and people seen) in every call on a weekly basis
